***Warning***
This is a dark erotic thriller. I stepped completely out of the box to write this book. It is strange, ugly, and dirty. These characters have a f**ked moral compass. You may hate one or both of them. I remained true to their personalities from start to finish. This book has taboos and multiple triggers. Extreme violence, harsh language, and dirty kinky sex scenes.

A dark erotic thriller with graphic violence, characters with a f*cked moral compass, harsh language, and dirty, kinky sex? Yes, please! This sounded like the perfect book for me based on the blurb and the warning, and I couldn’t wait to dive right in. Now that I’ve finished the book, I’m finding it difficult to write a review, because all that’s going through my mind is “What the hell did I just read?”

McKenna (Marie) loves to kill. She has done it before, and she will do it again. Definitely nobody’s definition of the word normal, she goes about her days as a waitress under an assumed named until the day she meets Levi.

Levi is a cold blooded killer that leads a group of the same. They are a family of deeply depraved individuals, and they want McKenna to be a part of it. Levi wants her period, and he makes that known right away. She is intrigued by him immediately, and due to the intense instant chemistry they share, falling for him is inevitable.

I’d just smashed someone’s head in with a cast-iron skillet, and now this gorgeous, enigmatic man was speaking poetry to me. Finding someone who understood your depravity? That was everything.

With Levi, McKenna feels like she can finally be herself. His darkness calls to hers, and together they are everybody’s worst nightmare. McKenna has never been happier, but Levi is withholding information from her that will change everything.

I don’t even know where to begin, because there are twists and turns that I can’t give away, but also the book is just downright crazy! Whatever level of insanity I thought was going to be going on in this book was nothing compared to what I actually got! I’m still reeling from what went on, and trying to sort everything out in my mind as best I can.

Ultraviolence is dark, violent, weird, gritty, and intriguing. The characters are completely batshit, and the relationship between Levi and McKenna is far from a fairytale romance. I never saw the ending coming, and the cliffhanger ramped up the level of strange to the 10th power. If you like twisted stories that make you question everything until the very end, and leave you looking for a bottle of liquor or a therapist, this one’s for you!

Side Note: I love this cover!

Between the Bookends - "I L-O-V-E-D this book! I am seriously digging this author's writing. This was dirty, twisted mind fuckery at it's best."
Quill & Ink - “This book was a fun, dark, thrill ride! It's non stop action, with some sexy fun, alot of violence, and a lot of twists! Just wait til you read the end! I can't wait to read the next book!!”
The Ordinary Housewife - “This is a must read for all who love dark twisted books.”

Natalie Bennett has always been an avid fan of all things dark and twisted, so it only made sense for her to write what she loves. She brings to life unapologetic antiheroes you love to hate and strong heroines who refuse to be broken.

Natalie writes Dark and Twisty Erotica with romantic elements. She doesn't censor her writing and let's her stories tell themselves. If you pick up one of her books expecting a typical HEA, you won't find one.
